What are the highlights of being a Sales and Channel Manager?
The most important things in my job are definitely customer relations and managing all the different dynamics between our branch and our distributors. In my daily work, I develop offers, support distributors in finding new opportunities, and make sure that each distributor has its own space and its own customers without creating friction between them and customers that we manage directly as Leuze. Price management is key, too.

Access to STEM subjects has not yet achieved gender parity, this is unfortunately because there is a (mistaken) belief that women are better suited for humanities subjects and men for science subjects.The latest studies have shown that this is not a biological-natural issue, but a cultural one. On the contrary, numbers show that more and more women decide to pursue STEM studies and achieve even better results than men. The World is constantly evolving, STEM disciplines play a key role in innovation, and women must necessarily be part of this process!
What advice would you give to girls or young women who are interested in STEM professions?
I would give the same advice I would give to any other person: don't do anything they don't want to do just because society has different expectations of them. Any path is okay as long as it is decided by us!

What are the highlights of the dual study program in mechanical engineering?
I particularly enjoy designing in CAD. The activities in development are wide-ranging. Above all, finding ideas for a new product, designing and calculating components and then developing them further. But I also find the interfaces to testing and production - the interaction very interesting.

Don't be put off by the male dominance in the professions. I have only had positive experiences and have always been treated in a friendly and respectful manner. If you are interested in a STEM profession, it is definitely worth pursuing your strengths.

What are the highlights as a Product Manager?
What I like most about my job is the variety. New technologies, market trends and customer requirements ensure that there is no room for boredom and that there are always new challenges to overcome. You have many different interfaces with other departments, from development to sales and customers. For me, product management is a great mix of strategic planning, creative design options and cross-departmental collaboration to develop new products and position them successfully on the market.

What are the highlights of being a Key Account Manager?
As the Automotive Key Account manager, my main activities are based on leading the strategic accounts for the company, as well as their consultation process, technical and cost studies to maintain and consolidate customer relationships and ensure their overall satisfaction.
